Fitness Testing

Alpine Ontario under the direction of AOA Fitness Director, Dr. Thomas Lam, coordinates and administers fitness testing for the train to train age group based on Alpine Canada testing protocols as outlined in LTAD AIM 2 WIN.  Testing is offered twice a year, once in the spring and again in the fall.

All of the Tests are designed with the alpine ski racer in mind and are age specific. A professional fitness trainer sets up the program annually and testing is consistent from spring to fall.  Testing includes:
• Cardio
• Endurance
• Strength
• Stability
• Speed
• Flexibility
• Agility
