Alpine Ontario coordinates, administers and implements fitness testing for the train to train age group based on Alpine Canada testing protocols as outlined in LTAD AIM 2 WIN. Testing is offered twice a year, once in the spring and again in the fall.
All of the Tests are designed with the alpine ski racer in mind and are age specific. A professional fitness trainer sets up the program annually and testing is consistent from spring to fall. Testing includes:
• Cardio
