PANORAMA, B.C./NAKISKA, AB (December 20, 2009) Members of the Ontario Women's Ski Team remain in the west completing a set of FIS races in Panorama this week. Rookie Julia Roth remains consistent, finishing 10th overall in Saturday's GS, again among the top 1993 racers coming second to USA's Foreste Peterson who was 9th overall. Roth's teammates Emily Goad and Brenley Nella were close behind, Goad finishing 12th and Nella 13th. In Sunday's race Roth won the J1 Podium as the fastest 1993 racer down the course, 11th overall. Nella was 15th and Goad 23rd. COMPLETE RESULTS HERE

Of special note is Phil Brown's (OST Alumni, Craigleith) 1st place win in Nakiska yesterday in the FIS GS race. Phil won in 1.53.82 beating BC and Alberta team members along with CAST Dev. racer Travis Dawson. Phil had his best results ever in the Panorama Nor Am series leading in to these races. He was 5th in Saturday's GS also at Nakiska. NAKISKA RESULTS HERE
