ASPEN, CO (February 22, 2010) -- Ottawa's Dustin Cook finished 2nd on day two of nine in the Aspen Nor Am speed series. Cook, now with the CAST is an alumni to the National Capital Outaouis Ski Team and Mont Ste. Marie ski club, finished the SuperG in a time 1.17.76 behind US skier Chris Frank (GMVA) in a time of 1.17.74. The competition is tough for Ontario Ski Team members - Morgan Megarry being the only member to finish, starting the race dead last (84th) in soft snow conditions he finished 54th (2nd top 1993). Other Ontario racers to finish include Phil Brown (Craigleith) 15th and Curtis Lush (TSC) 32nd.

WHITEFACE, NY -- In the first of two national US Jr. GS races running today and tomorrow in New York State Richard Hogarth finished 7th, Mike Bisnaire 8th and Dylan Fisher McCarney 10th. Tommy Grand did not finish. US racers took the top four spots followed by a New Zealand racer. Participating countries include Spain, Japan, Great Britian and Poland. COMPLETE RESULTS HERE>> - end -
