Alpine Ontario Alpin seeks a full time (37.5 hours) bookkeeper:
Main Purpose: To maintain and ensure the accuracy of the financial records for Alpine Ontario Alpin, the Provincial Sport Organization for Alpine Skiing in Ontario Location: Collingwood, Ontario
Key Responsibilities: • maintain all aspects of computerized acct system (QuickBooks) • perform payroll related tasks • banking • prepare invoices • issue A/P cheques • issue charitable receipts • prepare and assist audit • assist and prepare budget • liaise with other staff/outside agencies • prepare financial reports for management and the board of directors
Qualifications: • Must have broad knowledge of full cycle accounting • Must have extensive working knowledge of QuickBooks • Related certificate/degree from post secondary institution • Five years min experience (preference given to those who have experience with non-profit agencies) • Salary will commensurate with experience
