UPDATE FROM MEN'S HEAD COACH, Thomas Erhard: "I am very confident everyone is working hard and intelligently and that we have a good plan in place for the next 26 weeks leading up Christmas.  Most importantly we accomplished an important team building session and spent time working hard together.  We all had smiles inbetween challenging, and impressive physical efforts.  That is a great sign.  We can take this momentum into our next phase of conditioning and onto our first on snow camp in New Zealand.

It was an important opportunity for me to get to know the guys better.  I felt like I spent quality time with the guys as a group and as individuals.  I'm very much looking forward to working with these dedicated atheltes and staff in New Zealand."
