CSCF Conditioning Seminar

Description: The CSCF Conditioning Seminar is part  of the DL Pathway

Location: Active Life Conditioning Facility (new Sarah Applegarth gym located in the Cranberry Mews outside Collingwood on Hwy 26)

Requirements: We need a minimum of 7 participants to run this. Please register before November 10th.

Credits: 4 ED

Time: Saturday 9 – 4pm
and Sunday 9 – 12pm

This Seminar will be offered by Sarah Applegarth

Cost is $115 (HST included)
