AOA Fall Education Summit

Headline Speaker John O’Sullivan
John will be the keynote speaker on both Friday and Saturday of the AOA Conference. He is CEO & Founder of Changing the Game organization and the author of the international bestseller Changing the Game: The Parents Guide to Raising Happy, High-Performing Athletes, and Giving Youth Sports Back to our Kids. He has nearly three decades of playing and coaching experience in youth, high school, college and professional soccer, and consults with organizations such as US Youth Soccer, USA Football, US Lacrosse, and other sports organizations across the US, Canada and Europe. John speaks to parents and coaches around the world about the issues facing today’s children, and helps organizations create collaborative environments amongst parents and coaches that help their athletes perform to their potential. Not just for coaches! Parents should come too!
Research tells us that parents have the most influence of an athlete’s life (yes ahead of coaches!)..so what you say and do, or don’t say and do, have a profound effect on an athlete’s journey. AOA believes John O’Sullivan’s message can help all of us to raise the best possible athletes – and people!

Parents are welcome to join in on the Saturday as part of their child’s Fitness Testing registration. Please set this time aside to join us. John will be making the same presentation twice on Saturday at 9:30am and again at 12:30pm

Sunday is open to all & it’s the AOA AGM
There is no fee to join us on Sunday. We plan to have speakers specifically designed for the clubs and the Annual General Meeting will start at 2pm.
