Role and Responsibilities

• To represent Ontario and all Alpine Athletes in a professional and respectful manner at all times
• Attend all Captains or relevant meetings
• Appoint and support gender team leads
• Maintain ongoing communication with AOA head office and provide a final event report
• Provide and maintain a safe and respectful environment for all athletes and staff

Co-ordinate the following

• AOA approved communications to parents, athletes and support staff during the event
• Transportation for athletes, staff and equipment during the event and post event
• Onsite accommodation logistics
• Event equipment (radio’s, waxing/tuning, training equipment)
• Training time and space at host location
• Jury assignments
• First aid and medical support

Nomination deadlines;

• U16 Nationals – Feb 11^th
• U16 Can Am – Mar 13^th
• U14 Can Am – Mar 19^th
