Coaches Week is almost here!
September 23rd – 30th, 2017 marks the third annual National Coaches Week (12th Coaches Week in Ontario) asking Canadians join together to celebrate the tremendous positive impact coaches have on athletes and communities.
Kicking-off the week will be the Ontario Coaching Excellence Awards, which will be held on Saturday, September 23rd in Toronto. This years Award Winners will be honoured at the Innis Town Hall Theatre located at 2 Sussex Ave, Toronto. The event will feature a light breakfast beginning at 8:30am followed by the awards presentations at 9:30am and hosted by a special surprise guest!
In celebration of National Coaches Week in Ontario this year, the Coaches Association of Ontario (CAO) has partnering with 5 host communities from across the province to deliver NCCP Community Clinics, which aims to recruit, develop, educate and celebrate community volunteer coaches! These NCCP Community Clinics offer a full weekend of community-level coach development and training offered at SUPER discounted Rates ($10-$50)!
